The living room is light and bright with two stories of windows. It opens to the lanai. and has wonderful ocean views. Note the large limestone tile floors. Easy care and cool underfoot - a favorite.

As you enter the condo wonderful images of Hawaii surround you and the ocean sounds and view beckon. You can't get closer to the beach than this. We have incorporated the sea turtle (honu) in the tile.

Our remodeled kitchen is open to the living area, completely outfitted with newer appliances, corian counters, plenty of storage and a trash compactor... but it's the straight out ocean view I like the best.

The indoor dining area offers more ocean views and a beautiful entertainment centerg. A table and electric grill are also provided for dining outside on the lanai.

The remodel included the baths. Floor to ceiling limestone tiles, granite counter tops and glass doored shower and tub make them carefree and luxurious. This is the master bath.

The master bedroom is actually a loft overlooking the living area and ocean. It has a king bed, it's own bath and offers amazing ocean views.

The lanai as seen from the master bedroom - the new furniture is both beautiful and comfortable - many of our guests lounge here instead of the beach.

The downstairs bath also has the same luxurios features as the updstairs bath. Here there is a walk-in shower. The glass is etched with tropical foliage.

The guest room is on the first floor and features twin beds, plenty of storage and adjacent bath.

The view from the kitchen of beach and surf and palms makes it easy to make a salad and still be in paradise.

Kamaole One has beautiful grounds and is located less than 50 feet from the beach. We even have an outdoor shower hidden among the trees.

Kamaole I Beach is perfect for gentle swims, walking, sandcastle building, kayaking.. at low tide, walk nearly 3 miles south on the beach

Kamaole I Beach is centrally located in Kihei for good food & shopping but being beach front, road noise does not reach us.
